How to order ?

Orders are placed from the SolarHertz website.
- An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm that your order has been taken into account.
- At any time, you can consult the status of your order via the My Account section accessible online.
- Each package is prepared manually and undergoes rigorous control.
- An email will be sent to you when your order is shipped.
- If you have special needs (delivery by a carrier of your choice, special packaging, gifts, etc.), do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

Orders shipped by Colissimo are processed during the day, if the order is placed before 1:30 p.m.

Orders shipped by Chronopost Express are processed within the day, if the order is placed before 3:00 p.m.

Orders containing custom-made cords are wherever possible dispatched within the day but may be delayed by 24 hours depending on the workshop's volume of work.

Packaging of packages: We recycle all cardboard boxes good condition. Around 20% of our shipments are made with boxes recycled. Boxes in poor condition are transformed using a quilting machine and are thus reused in the form of quilting material wedging.
